如果班大粒話唔夠人手, 想係其他部門調人做野, 你估有冇阿head會主動話自己個部門d人好得閒無野做可以幫手? 死都扮忙互推啦~ 寧願多個人係度hea都唔會話俾市民知佢地個部門多冗員啊~ 如果人手調走左後有市民投訴d服務差左, 邊個負責? 政府內部咁講權勢, 班大粒點會輕易讓步~ 班議員最叻大聲講野, 有幾何落力做野, 出力個班係佢地d馬之嘛~ 政府辦事效率係咁上下架喇~ 向來都冇咩期望~
我覺得經銀行派錢好過去政府部門拎票, 起碼有紀錄確定d錢ge去向, 如果自行取票後有人報稱唔見左張支票/其他人冒領左張票or錢咁就煩啦~ 你知而家幾多人混水摸魚架啦~ 而且銀行出錯ge機會點都細過政府部門, 咁睇都算係件好事啊~ 當然愈快派到錢俾市民就愈好啦~ 畢竟好多人都"等住使錢"嘛~ {:14:}
