Luxury chocolate cake (中英對照XD)

之前整過之後有FD問我點整..
所以我係原本打英文的..
懶得打埋中文:p  ((edited左. 打埋中文:p))
其實個recipe係整8吋的.不過我得9吋既tin
材料好簡單(唔洗面粉~!!)

175g/6oz            butter, softened (115g/4oz for the cake, the rest is for coating)
130g/3.5oz         caster sugar (that's around 6.5 tablespoons)
225g                   plain chocolate, melted (150g for the cake, the rest is for coating)
225g                   ground almonds
4                         eggs, separated

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
2. Grease & baseline a 20cm/8inch spring form cake tin
3. Beat 115g butter (4oz) and all sugar until light and fluffy
4. Add 2/3 (2 over 3) of the plain chocolate, almonds and egg yolks & beat
5. whisk egg white in another clean, dry bowl until stiff
6. Fold (4) into (5), mix well, then transfer to the tin and smooth the surface
7. Bake for 50-55 mins (for 9inch tin, 30-40 mins is fine) or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean
8. Cool in the tin for 5 mins, remove from the tin and transfer to a wire rack, cool completely
9. Place the remaining butter & remaining melted plain chocolate in a saucepan. Heat gently and stir until melted and mixed
10. Pour (9) over the cake, coat the top and sides. Leave for at least 1 hour or put it in the fridge for 30-40 mins before serve.

((Actually it tastes great when warm too!! maybe serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream :P))

130g/3.5oz         幼砂糖 (即係大概6.5個茶匙)
225g                   純朱古力, 溶左既  (150g for個蛋糕, 剩返果d係for舖面果d朱古力漿)
*我係用200g dark chocolate, 25g milk chocolate*
225g                   ground almonds (杏仁碎?)
4                         蛋, 蛋白同黃分開

1. 預熱焗爐至180°C/350°F/Gas 4
2. 用牛油搽20cm/8inch圓形蛋糕模既底同邊邊or舖牛油紙
3. 打115g牛油(4oz)同全部糖至light and fluffy (我真係唔知light and fluffy中文字係咩.."[size=3][color=#000000]鬆軟的[/color][/size]"??)
4. 加3分2(2 over 3)既純朱古力, 杏仁碎同蛋黃&打
5. o係另一個乾淨既bowl打蛋白至企身
6. 將(4)加到(5), 攪"暈"(mix well), 倒落蛋糕模度再整平個surface
7. 焗50-55分鐘(for 9吋蛋糕模, 30-40分鐘就得) 或者until你插一個幼既野(e.g.筷子)入去..出返黎係乾淨既..冇痴住d野
8. 出焗爐之後,由佢係個蛋糕模度5分鐘, 整佢離開個蛋糕模, 放係qire rack(好似"蒸架"咁既野)放涼佢
9. 將剩餘既牛油同純朱古力放係個saucepan("平底pan"). 慢火同慢慢咁攪"暈"
10. 倒(9)落個蛋糕, 搽"暈"個面同邊邊. 由得佢一個鐘or放入雪櫃30-40鐘意before serve.

其實我覺得熱食好味d..
所以我會切一件出黎
食之前會叮(microwave)佢分幾鐘
熱熱地,面頭d朱古力溶溶地,,個蛋糕又軟軟地..
加scoop vanilla ice cream就最好味啦haha
