焗芝士苦瓜

[b]材料及份量:
[/b]1.苦瓜 1個
2.蒜頭 2粒
3.薑 2片
4.芝士 1片
5.芝士粉 1茶匙
6.油 1/2湯匙

[b]調味料:
[/b]1.雞粉 1茶匙
2.砂糖 2茶匙
3.水 1/2湯匙

[b]製法:
[/b]1.把苦瓜切成薄片。
2.先起鍋加油炒香蒜片、薑及苦瓜,後加入雞粉、砂糖,再加水,一起炒3分鐘。
3.舖上芝士和芝士粉於苦瓜上面,放入多士焗爐,焗3分鐘便成。

    苦瓜"淋"先好食,如果仲硬既都唔知熟未,味道好苦

都唔係架,我之前去過1間餐廳,好特別嘅食法:苦瓜刺身
都好好食,不過佢話要新鮮同好靚哥d先得,點wa sha bi 食
